Using the finest produce Guy and Chef de Cuisine Matteo Tine bring to life the rustic Italian bistro that has won Melbournians hearts with its traditional food and hospitality. Its ‘pure’ Italian food is an extension of Guy’s own childhood experience.
“In my earliest memories of childhood I can see the kitchen, a place where all would come, filled with these familiar smells, and the laughter of people that love each other and with the anticipation of flavours to come”.
